Have discolored pixels on the edge of my screen and gets worse the more I use the phone, just got my phone about 1 month ago from freedom mobile, is there any fix to this?

Sorry you are having issues. Since the phone was launched less than a year ago in the US, you should be well within your warranty - plus, we're standing by the phones that exhibit this problem.

Hey there

 

I'm having issues with the screen. It's as if there is a massive issue with a gamma shift. You cannot display blacks properly, the black level is greatly lifted and shows as a green haze.

 

You can see this shift happen while the phone is booting. When the Motorola logo first comes on screen, it looks great, and then while it's loading, everything becomes washed out and gross looking.

 

I'm also getting purple blotches showing up on the screen while in use

This does look like the issue discussed on this thread. The phone will have to be repaired. I'm sorry for this problem.

 

We will escalate to our team in Canada. There have been some delays in repairs there, but we'll do our best to resolve this quickly.

It's no problem at all. I have other phones I can use for the time being anyways. Is there someone that I should contact for support and to arrange a repair in Canada?
