Should I go through you guys or my service provider. The phone worked fine for at least 6 months. Should I get a replacement or it can be repaired?

 

I have a green hue and the lights flicker if I had epilepsy I would have collapsed a few times. If the light is dimmed it's worst the screen is all black and purple with a green light

My second Edge + is experiencing the same issues as my first - I have not had a chance to send in the first yet, so I'll be sending in both together.


Here are the pics from the second phone:

 

 

Sadly, my $150 G7 Play, even though it's 2GB ram, is doing a way better job than both the Edge+'s that I've had.

 

Please have someone reach out to me - or should I follow up with Becky via PM?

Bought a new Edge from my dealer here in Holland.  On the box the buildingdate is 17 June 2020 .  The one I send back a few weeks ago the building date is 24 Juli 2020.

 

* were are all the 2021 builds with the improved hardware and building processes?
* what Should I do, send it back untouched?  Because I'm very afraid the problems will occure again. ( I don't trust the 2020 builds)

 

any thought?

Thx Matt  Will keep you updated. in the mean time the Edge is fully operationa as we speek.  It is and alway will be en amazing phone.  fingers crossed.  Thx again
