I talked to Becky last week about a replacement. I received it yesterday but the green tint issue is even worse on this device. I just shipped the original device this morning.

You replaced my device about a month ago, and the new one is working great!

I wanted to say thank you for the swift replacement and for helping me out.

So I now have had contact to the German branch of Motorola and they had me send in my phone to get repaired. After almost a week of waiting, I got my phone screen repaired but not fully the three small  LEDs that kind of blink in strobo,on the top middle left of the screen that I saw from other user pictures here. So now I sent it back in by DHL Retoure after I had called the people in Flensburg and told them again about the only partly repaired screen. Now I have gotten my confirmation from DHL that the phone was delivered in Neu Münster at the datrepair service, however I haven't gotten an email confirming that my phone is there and also the phone service has been taken offline, 08005030011 this number doesn't exist anymore and the other numbers cost money. But I would still like to know what happened now.

If you wish to speak to our German Support team, you can still do so via chat and e-mail on https://motorola-global-portal-de.custhelp.com/app/mcp/landing_troubleshooter/ (Click on "Others" > "Contact us"). However, be advised that Datrepair 's database can take a bit to be updated and send you confirmation that your phone was received. Nonetheless, let us check with them and get back to you as soon as possible.

I'm so sorry you went to this trouble. The three flashing lights are normal and will be present at times on every edge+. They indicate the sensor hub is firing. 

 

If they are continuously on, that's a repairable issue, but if they flash occasionally, that's normal. (This has been addressed extensively here.)

Hello,

I recently got a brand new Moto Edge from a local shop in Sweden.

The first few days of use were fine but after a week or so i started to have the same screen issues that other people seem to encounter. I really like the Moto Edge phone and i would really love to have this issue resolved. I attached some images of what issues i am experiencing.
