Is that the bug report? If so can you turn on link sharing so we can access it? Go to your Google Drive > Tap on the 3 dots to the right of the file you want to share > Manage people and links > Change > Set it to Viewer. Also, I see you filled out the signal issues form as well. Thank you for that.

Excellent, yes, thank you very much. Let me get all the details over to some people on my end. I was poking around on my device and I see the same warning in the My Verizon app. I think that might just be a typo and need to be corrected by Verizon for the app. I don't believe it's related to the issue you're experiencing and I've sent this over to some people on my end that work directly with Verizon.

 

In the screenshot you shared I noticed your signal indicator has a little house next to it. When you took that screenshot I'm assuming you were at home, is that correct? Also, are you using a Network Extender at home? 

 

Last question, how old is your SIM card? The reason I ask is some people have had to get a new SIM from Verizon to use some of the newer devices effectively.

Yes you are correct I was at home on my network extender when I took the screenshot but I was in the area I'm having signal trouble when I took the bug report ..the sim card came with the old phone in which I got in November (only 3 months old)...when I got this phone the guy at verizon said he would send me a new sim card out with this phone but I didn't get a new sim card just a new phone which is doing the exact same thing as my old phone... won't roam just every now and then. Unless you either do the airplane mode or reboot the phone.

Interesting you mention that your old phone wouldn't roam correctly all the time either. What make/model was that other phone? If you can, can you reach back out to Verizon or visit a Verizon store and ask them for a new 5G SIM and see if you still run into this issue?

Old phone was the same a as this one motorola 5g....they gave me a new one since I was having trouble out of the old one....the old one was only a couple of months old.
