Sorry not yet. I'm re-escalating again today. I'll let you know once I heard anything back. Have you been able to get a new SIM card to see if it's still having the same issue?

No I haven't the closest store is probably 20 miles away from the other direction I go during the week I will try to get down to the verizon store this weekend.

Did you get the bug report back yet? My local verizon wanted to charge me  for a new sim card so I guess I will just have to order one by phone and have it shipped to me....I was hoping something would show up on the bug report before going through the trouble. I tried calling Verizon and was on hold trying to talk to someone about getting a new sim card for almost 30 minutes I had to get off the phone so I will try again later I guess.

Okay I ordered a new sim card I hope it's the right one was on chat and took the rep 45 minutes to get one ordered....I was browsing on the verizon webpage and came across this.....I copied it....Note: When activating a new 5G device launched in 2020, we recommend you use the pre-inserted 5G SIM....I got the phone in Nov 2020 I hope when the new sim card arrived it will work.

I think my phone was a 2020 model website suggest using the preinstalled sim card even tho I didn't get one with the replacement.

I got the new sim card this weekend activated it and on my way to work this morning and on my way home this evening the phone switched over and roamed like it should  just keeping my fingers crossed that it will work all week.i Will update you throughout the week anyhow anything so far on the bug report?
