USB connection

Hi every one, there's some problems in USB connection since I updated my one action to last version of Android 10 (may.2021), is there any solution? Thanks in advance.

Hi aliamd

 

Thanks for your reply. If you think it's related to physical connection, I would suggest replacing the USB cable. Make sure using only a transfer file type USB cable so you can connect it to PC for transfer data.

Yes I tried another USB cable, this occurs in the USB preference part of OS and "Connected device" get inactive when I want to connect to laptop or OTG connection...

When you connect your phone to your laptop, you should see a notification on your phone. Swipe down the notification bar and select Files Transfer.

Thank you, I think this maybe relate to physical connection condition because this exactly doesn't occur when I connect a USB cable after OS update.

Hello 

The problem about USB cable and laptop solved, but about OTG, there is the same problem yet after tested some OTG connector.

Thanks for keeping us posted. Regarding the OTG, are you using an OTG cable, adapter or an OTG flash drive that is like a flash drive directly connected to the phone?

I used an OTG adapter connecting USB flash drive directly to my phone (duo to attached photo)

Thanks for providing this information. We just want to confirm first, does this adapter ever work before? Does it work before an update? Have you tried to use a different adapter or flash drive and see if one of these are faulty?
