WiFi drops now and then

Hi,

 

I have bought Moto one action two days ago and I could see the WiFi drops regularly and it is not fixed until I restart.

 

I have restarted device almost 10 times in 2 days. Please le me know if you guys are working on the fix or I have to look for another device ☹️

Hi Atul1436,

 

This is odd. Can you please confirm the make and model of the router and how often does the dropping happen? Also, please send us a WiFi Bug report -  This will help us investigate further. Thanks.

 

Here is how to capture the Bug Report with WiFi verbose enabled:

 

1. Go to Settings -> About Phone -> Tap on Build number 7 times on the build number to go into the developer options mode]
2. After the above steps, Developer options will be enabled.
3. Go to Settings ->Developer options -> Enable USB debugging > Toggle On
4. Enable Settings -> Developer options -> Enable Bug Report shortcut > Toggle On
5. Enable Settings -> Developer options -> Enable Wi-Fi Verbose Logging > Toggle On
6. Once the issue is reproduced, Go to Settings -> Developer options -> Click on take bug report or Press Power button and then choose Bug Report from the Power-down menu.
7. Wait for some time until the bug report is collected. It takes around 3 to 4 minutes to collect the Bug Report.
8. Then upload the BugReport to your personal Google Drive and then share the link to the bug report on the forums in a reply or via a private message.
9. Provide observations of what you saw happen right before the bug report was taken. Please indicate the time that you observed the behavior in local time.

WiFi drops frequently

Hi, I bought this Moto One Action  a week back, I  see the WiFi drops regularly and it is not fixed until I restart.. This is happening very frequently. I need to restart the device almost every 2 hrs or sometimes 15 mins.

 Please le me know if you are working on the fix or I have to look for replacement. If this is a issue.. I need a replacement

    Thanks, Please resolve this ASAP.  Its really hard to see a new product like this. Today also i have restarted almost 10 times. Its really irritating.
