A suggestion to Motorola

A brand launched a 5G phone at 25k which is far better value for money product (you can check the specifications and reviews yourself) And they provided update on the sameday with optimization (obviously there wont be any bug) Learn from them and build a strong customer base and atleast for the sake of the name Motorola you are using, provide update to remove bugs and optimize the system.

They wont even look into this message and little do they care about the issue.
they havent even fixed the pop up camera issues,
i dont know they dont have the team or they just dont have the desire to resolve our issues.

Obviously they lack the team and only want to make profit by selling more product at lower price. First they deceive consumer by using the ONE tag and then for more than a month they haven't provided solution for a serious bug which can damage our phone.

We are looking into all reported issues, as we communicate clearly.

 

We have very clear rules on this site, designed to maintain civility and a good relationship with all members. Let me quote from those rules (which you can find here):

 

Make your point and move on: Our site is here for peer-to-peer support, and to get your feedback on your experience. We want to hear the bad stuff as well as the good. But repeated posts of the same comments and free-floating negativity do not add to the discussion. It also imposes on others who don’t want to read the same things over and over again. Overtly anti-Motorola usernames, avatars, profile pics, etc., are not permitted. Those carrying a vendetta against Motorola will get their say but will not be allowed to hog the airwaves.

 

Both of you have real value to add here, helping us identify issues so we can get them to the team for feedback and resolution. But I am seeing too many posts where the value is clouded in free-floating negativity and even personal attacks on others. This is not acceptable. 

 

Kindly follow all site rules going forward, and help us with clear and to-the-point observations. We all want the same thing - to identify and resolve issues.

There was no personal attack on any follow members but it's your team who have been spammed the forum with same repeated queries and subsequent response to the issue raised by consumer instead of saying that we have already received the bug and replicated the issue at your end. Kindly use a bug tracker and PM me if you want any help with the same.

It was never a personal attack or any personal vendetta against a brand matt. We bought the product in the first place because we had high hopes. But what hurts me that little things which should have been sorted in the quality control line is passed onto the consumers. With all due respect please help us and please bring us a patch with basic bug fixes.

We all want to work toward these fixes. -- we hear you. Please understand that it takes time to understand the issue, root-cause it, find a solution, test it, and deliver it. Understand that we need to ask for your help and feedback to solve issues.
