Dust in rear camera

2020-07-21, 15:04 PM

It's only been a week since I purchased this phone. Today I found some dust in rear camera. At first I thought it was on the rear camera so I started cleaning. Then I found it was internal. How can I get rid of this and how to avoid this? I've attached a couple of photos. You can see it on the first sensor( or one of the three small camera lens)

Hi Vedanth,

Greetings from Motorola,

Thanks for reaching out, looking at the pictures we are unable to find the dust in the Camera Lens. Can you please highlight where you are able to find?

Thanks

Sandip

I can understand why you're unable to see the dust as it is very little. It is on the 8MP lens. To be precise, first of the three cameras to the bottom of the main camera. It might seem like a minor issue. My moto G4 plus also faced similar problem. It started off with little dust and later completely covered the camera lens with dust. I'm afraid this might happen with my Motorola one fusion+
