Issue with Airtel connectivity

Hi Moto team,

 

I using the Motorola one fusion plus. But from the beginning I am facing the issue with Airtel. some time voice can break and signal not comes and also I visited to airtel they said they are not registered with this device. And other issue also while on call my internet is not working and also facing issue that mobile network is not registered and there is some handset related issue also like while I am calling with the speaker (hands free) most of the time the receiving end person didn't listen anything please look this on priority and restore Asap or replace my handset if there is issue in my handset. Purchased with the flipkart and I am also going in moto service center but after some time issue  come again

I would suggest you check with a different network SIM(Just to confirm if there is no issue with the particular SIM provider) and let us know how it goes. I look forward to your response.

Hi Sunitha,

 

I already did this 

 

First I change the same sim in other phone it is working fine.

 

Second time I use other network sim the issue is resolved for some time but again started the problem and I am using Vodafone sim also in this mobile.

Hi Sharma_Shubham,

 

Thank you for checking with the different network SIM. Please reset the network settings and see if that helps. To reset the network settings go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options>>Tap on Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > Tap on reset settings. Restart the phone post this and check. Let me know how t goes.

Thank you for trying! Please update your profile with the current phone and the IMEI number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Hi Sunitha,

 

If you find there is issue is my handset hardware then it's request to provide the new handset and now there is one issue also comes that it also have issue with the some solid colour that if we click a photo with my camera in red or orange colour then it will change the colour. Please find the screenshot and it's a humble request to change my device ASAP as my work is also hampered. The attached picture is in red colour and my Motorola one fusion plus click this picture with diffrent colour and I don't change any setting of camera.
