Thanks for writing to us. Sorry to know about this. Let me check and help you further. Have you tried the above-recommended troubleshooting instructions? If not, please perform and let me know how it goes. 

 

Also, I do see that you have updated the profile with the IMEI number. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

I'm also having same singnal issues ,I'm using both jio and vi as well..both are showing -104 or -102 almost all the time...while on the same time on other handsets shows full strength like -84 -87 like dat ..and one more thing i saw on dis forum to add ur IMEI number in ur profile,how to do that,I didn't see any option..can u help me plsss

 I know how inconvenient it is that you are having signal problems. We'd like to help get this checked. Can you tell what app are you using to measure the phone's full strength? Would you please update your profile with your current phone, carrier, and serial number? It will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well. Let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.
