Re:Motorola One fusion plus Cellular Signal Strength Issues

2020-09-29, 22:17 PM

I too have been facing this issue. My mobile purchase is in replacement window but Seller wouldn't return it. He blindly and arrogantly rejects this issue and says, "I dont see it".

Call quality issues-

1. When connected on call, voice breaks if I use any other apps.

2. When on conference call, voice of primary caller breaks a lot.

Tried software update but nothing helped. I have updated the IMEI number. Please help.

Re:Motorola One fusion plus Cellular Signal Strength Issues

I bought a new Motorola one fusion + from flipkart, initially delivered on 11th Sep. That phone had SIM signal strength issues, with any SIM on the new phone showing only one bar signal. The same SIMs work fine on other phones. Flipkart replaced that phone on 28th september. But the replacement phone too has the same problem.

Is this ia a general.bug in all Motorola one fusion +. Calls are getting dropped.

Tried wjrh multiple SIMs of the same provider as well other providers..Still weak signal.

I am also facing this problem. In Airtel network it gives 87db and in Vodafone it gives 110db signals. Why Airtel is so low as I use my primary no with Airtel. Show a solution for this or solve this issue at the earliest. DJosh

You are not the only one. Everyone who bought this phone seems to be facing this issue regardless of the SIM provider

Hi.

My apologies for how long this is taking. We're continuing to have problems reproducing this issue.

One of the problems is that the bug reports we can get from a consumer device, like yours, don't have the data we need. Our best bet is to try and reproduce it on an engineering phone, which is capable of capturing the data we need. To do that, we need to know where the problem is happening.

So we really need some specific data from as many of you as possible. It's simple and quick -- just your forum name, IMEI, carrier and your location in India.

The more information we can get, the better our chance of understanding and addressing these reports.

Thanks,

-Matt
