Contextual services is a background process to assist functions of Moto apps - don't know why you're seeing this but the full message you're seeing would be helpful.

This message often appears on notification. If you tap on that nothing happens and after few seconds it disappears.

There are many "notifications" like this one that appear briefly and are of no consequence. If it disturbs you, next time you notice it, slide it to one side (left or right) to bring up the settings for that notification and silence it.

Hi Darshan3

Thanks for writing to us. I will do my best to help you. Could you please confirm since when you start noticing it? Have you changed any settings? Also, I would suggest you try out the suggestions shared by Cuddly and see if that helps. Let me know how it goes.

Please do not start new threads before searching for existing threads on the same topic. It causes clutter on the site and makes it harder for us to follow an issue. However, I have merged your post into the running thread.

Thanks

Sunitha

This has been happening at least every day, if not a few times a day. Maybe in the last week or so.

Hi,

Thanks for writing to us. I would like to inform this notification is normal. I would suggest you make sure all apps are fully updated from the PlayStore.

Thanks

Sunitha

Additional to previous posts, I noticed something more too... When I am playing games or sometimes using apps, suddenly my device gets locked, then I have to unlock it(i use fingerprint btw) to keep using app, that's when this notification appears in the notification. This is happening more frequently nowadays (2-3 times a day)
