Hi Aj_96,

Thanks for posting your concern. May we know where did you see that the phone supports 15W charging? The Motorola One Fusion Plus in India supports 18W TurboPower charging as seen here: https://www.motorola.in/smartphones-motorola-one-fusion-plus/p

Best regards,

Hi Aj_96

Thank you for confirming! I have checked this device supports the 18W charger as mentioned above. Also, we have tested the 18W charger is working fine on Motorola One Fusion Plus. Could you please let me know the exact issue you are facing? Have you tried testing with another 18W charger? When did you start noticing it? Was it working before? I look forward to your response.

Thanks

Sunitha

Hi Aj_96,

Apologize for the confusion. I have checked this device ships with the 18W charger but it supports only 15W charging. I have shared this feedback with the concerned team the details will be corrected.

When moto will provide support for 18w as if phone is not supporting 18w then what's the use of 18w charger.

I'm unsure of the reason why we provided an 18w charger. However, the phone will only support 15w charging. This is a hardware design limitation. 18w charging is not something that will likely be added in any update. I hope you understand.

Thanks,

Tom
