Hello!

Thanks for posting! I would like to inform you that while we never share the timeline, yes, Motorola One Fusion Plus is expected to receive Android 11, pending partner approval. You will receive a notification on your phone if an upgrade is available.

Regards,

Suman

Re: Turbo charging issues

Turbo charging not working, went to the service centre, they said some kinda moisture inside the charging port. Since it is IPx rated, will I be charged for the c port replacement? The product is still under warranty. If yes, then what are the charges?

Hi Sahil612,

Thanks for writing to us. Apologize for the inconvenience caused.  This is based on the review made by the service center. You can reach them for more information about their resolution. The Motorola Repair Center will determine the extent of the damage during its inspection and evaluation of the device once received after which they provide an accurate report of your device damage so as per the report it is a physical/Liquid damage that will not be covered under warranty.  Sorry to say we are unable to help you with the estimated repair cost. You can check with the Service Center for the details.

Thanks

Sunitha
