Wifi Direct

2020-08-09, 22:11 PM

After successfully connected to nearby wifi Direct, in share options wifi Direct is not available. For sender, if they try to send and file, even after successfully connected in beginning says connecting to moto fusion +

To connect the Wi-Fi direct, you need to use a third-party app. May I know which third-party app are you using?

You can check in Play Store, however, we recommend using Go Files which is already pre-installed to transfer files. You can use both Wi-Fi Direct and Bluetooth.

Hello. Sorry for the confusion. Google Files uses WiFI-Direct and/or Bluetooth to send/receive files between devices. Here are the steps from Google on how to send/receive files: https://support.google.com/files/answer/7577382?hl=en

Let me know if that helps.
