In my place as a customer, I have been bringing a complaint and maybe a tug of an ear so that you wake up and give your customers more value by giving them what they want. Youwill probably ***REMOVED*** for what I'm going to say, but it never hurts to try.
So... The point is that Motorola sucks at updates and only One Macro and G8 Play were the company's ugly ducklings.
As customers, we have complete freedom to claim and charge Android 10 as many times as we want, and that's what we do on this forum. I see here dedicated and super willing employees to answer the questions of the guys, but when it comes to Android 10, the dedication of these employees already falls.
There is no doubt that we are looking forward to this update, so we asked about it here on the website several times (I say that for everyone) but when we start insisting too much, they simply give us a warning that if we continue we could win a ban on the account for a reason of SPAM, what is wrong on your part, we are taking your foot, not spamming.
About the updates, unfortunately this Tom team is very slow and slow, we have been waiting for this update for over 1 year and so far nothing. Many devices are already programmed to receive Android 11, Google is already working on 12 and we are still waiting for Android 10.
It is really a joke what Motorola is doing with us, disrespecting the consumer. From my own experience, I can say with total certainty that Motorola is the worst brand to update its devices, it is unbelievable how it is a brand that cannot update its own devices with quality and authenticity like the other companies in the market. It is a company without compromises, a company without words that does not deliver what it promises, leaving several customers with false expectations that their device (One Macro) is about to update, but it is all an illusion.
It is disappointing the way that Motorola works with updates, it does not work with dates, because it knows that it is horrible in updates and can delay when delivering them according to the date disclosed, which would only make its customers more furious.
I just wish that as an apology for the inconvenience and for making several customers anxious, you would update both G8 Play and One Macro to Android 11, because I think it would be the least you could do.
Ieave here my dissatisfaction with the company and the clear information that my next cell phone will definitely not be from Motorola.
P.S: I'm sorry, but unfortunately whoever bought the G8 Play or Moto One Macro won Motorola a clown nose. 🤡
