I am also facing the same issue. Today I updated the my Moto One Power to android 10. After that I am facing the following issues.

- camera is not saving the photos.

- google play store is continuously crashing

- whats app is not able to attach the photos.

- Not able hear anything in incoming and outgoing voice calls .

Tried cache clear and everything. Nothing is helping. Very disappointed

Hi all,

Sorry to know about this and thanks for reporting! I would suggest you guys perform a Clear Cache and restart the device-- go to Settings > App & notifications > App Info > select the apps > Storage > Clear Cache > restart the device. Also, check your device on Safe Mode and see if it's the same. Let me know how it goes.

I did some R&D and some how able to fix the issues which i faced earlier.

I somehow managed to install google cardboard camera through my crashing Play store. After installation I opened that APP which asked for permission to access the storage location and gave all the permissions. after that the photos from my default camera and cardboard camera are saved properly.

This issue could be related to file storage permission related.

This indirectly solved my other problems also (able to hear all voice calls, ringtones are working, play store is not crashing now etc).

I dont know how. but it is working :).

Will use the handset for the next couple of days and lets see if the issue reoccurs.

Hi all,

Thanks for trying! Kindly perform the steps which Rakesh_Kannan tried and see if it helps. Let me know how it goes. Appreciated Rakesh_Kannan.

Thakur_Prabhat, if it did not help, request you to update your device IMEI on your profile and share a Bug report. We would like to investigate this. Here are the steps:

1.  Go to Settings -> About Phone -> Tap on Build number 7 times on the build number to go into the developer options mode]

2. After the above steps Developer options will be enabled.

3. Go to Settings ->Developer options -> Enable USB debugging > Toggle On

4. Enable Settings -> Developer options -> Enable Bug Report shortcut > Toggle On

5. Once the issue is reproduced, Go to Settings -> Developer options -> Click on take bug report or Press Power button and then choose Bug Report from the Power-down menu.

6. Wait for some time until the bug report is collected. It takes around 3 to 4 minutes to collect the Bug Report.

7. Then upload the Bug Report to your personal Google Drive and then share the link to the Bug Report on the forums in a reply or via a private message.

8. Provide observations of what you saw happen right before the bug report was taken. Please indicate the time that you observed the behavior in local time.

Regards,

Suman
