Sounds like some misbehaving apps. Have you tested in safe mode?

Battery drains when phone is idle . Night till morning without any usage 6% gets drained and this problem is after security patch update

What do you expect overnight? Test in safe mode? Test in airplane mode? Those will rule out apps and cellular network. 

 

Battery will drain when phone is idle as os and apps still run, cellular network still active, maybe wifi and bt if on.

Mobile data off ,location service off , WiFi off & no background apps running battery drains 4-6% and it was not the same before the update the battery % will be same or drop or 1% will get drained

Unless you test in safe mode, there is no way to know there are no background apps running. Cellular service is still on even if mobile data is off. I have never seen a phone that didn't drain at least 4% over night when cellular service is on. 

 

If you are convinced it is software, then do a reset, don't install any apps, test overnight in airplane mode. Only the OS Is running with built in apps - if drain is excessive, then go for service.
