Hello Matt,

As you can see the battery charged 100% but still it's recommend to turn on battery power saver mode to be on.

Hi.

I don't think the overnight drain is unusual, but I am puzzled by the Battery Saver bit. Let's start with recalibrating, as you suggested. Try this to recalibrate the battery.

  • Press and hold the physical power button until the phone turns off. It will then restart on its own.
  • Charge your phone to 100%.
  • Leave the phone on the charger for at least two-three more hours.

Also, please test in Safe Mode to see if it's the same then.

  • To go into Safe Mode, press the physical power key, then press and hold the pop-up "Power off" key until the Safe Mode instructions pop up.

If this doesn't make a change there I may ask you for a bug report.

Thanks!

- Matt

Hi.

To go into Safe Mode, press the physical power key, then press and hold the pop-up "Power off" key until the Safe Mode instructions pop up.

Just check to see if the same "Turn on Battery Saver" flag is on. Once you determine that you can restart the phone and it will exit Safe Mode.

Hi.

It seems like battery back up decreasing.

After 50% its always shows like this only.

Kindly look into it.

All permission for looking into phone and apps.

Thank you.

Hi ,

This is what happens after the 1 November 2019 Security Patch Update. Check the attached screenshot. I am facing this issue after the last update onwards. I factory reset my phone few hours back. After that also, nothing improved.
