Bluetooth not working

In my Moto One Power mobile after the recent December update I am unable to connect with any of the devices using bluetooth (Smartwatch, Laptop). Please help me.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We request you to check these below checkpoints & let us know.

 

1. Please rename the device & delete the paired devices name in your device.  

 

2. Have you performed the "Network Settings Reset" option? if not, please find these below steps for the same.

 

Tap on Settings>>System>>Reset>>Network Settings Reset>>Reset settings. (Reboot the device)

 

3. What error do you see? while trying to pair the device. (If possible to share screenshot)

 

4. Click here for the instructions on pairing a Bluetooth headset & computer (Windows & MAC)

Dear Sir,

 

I did as you said the same problem continues. I had attached the screenshots labelled 1,2,3...7 with timings of the shots which clearly gives you the clarity of the issue I am mentioning about.

 

Please help me to proceed further.

Hi srinivigna,

 

Thank you for trying provided checkpoints & sharing the screenshots. Since you have tried all possible basic troubleshooting steps then the next options would be performing an External Data Reset would be the next logical action.

Dear Sir,

 

              You are insisting on factory reset right. For setting back the phone to the what I have now itself will take 2 hours. Please suggest some other options if any available.

Hi.

 

I don't clearly understand the problem. I see the screenshots and it looks like the phone and PC are paired. What exactly are you trying to do? And what happens when you pair a headset, for example?

 

Also, just to get it out of the way, would you mind running the Hardware test for Bluetooth in your Motorola Help app? (Moto Help > Hardware test > Bluetooth)

That hardware tests are ok in my case. In the screenshots it is clear that intialy it gets connected to the PC. While I try to play songs from my phone in PC through Bluetooth connection it is saying that no device found and asking me to connect to PC but continued connection is not established.

 

Please help me.
