Still waiting and getting worried day by day as it's not a small issue it's directly related to sims .so it's becoming really hard for me to trust on this device , hope your team will soon rectify it

Hi AnandA88,

 

Looks like agent  Suman has not responded to your query . Even i am facing an issue after android 10 upgrade ..My moto one power keeps rebooting itself randomly. I have already tried factory data reset. 

 

Agent Suman pls help asap

This ia really pathetic...

My moto one power keeps restarting even when I am on calls.... Very bad android 10 update this...It may cost me my job.

They are pathetic when I was giving them the facts they need to investigate the issue why it's taking so long for them to resolve and if it's taking time atleast communicate why it's taking so long or how much time it will take but nothing no response at all.

I understand your concerns, and as I have already mentioned that the concerned team is working on it and allow some time to investigate this. Motorola-Lenovo is an International Company and it is Holiday time. I request everyone to be patient, once updated, you will be notified.

Agent Suman - I have been a loyal Motorola user since last 7 years....  now I really doubt whether you are a real international brand.

 

With faulty and untested Android 10 upgrade, being pushed to the stock android users like us, without assessing the impact of the roll out...You are just coming out in open and justifying vacations ??? I just had another restart of my moto one power when I was on a call addressing entire team....Even I work for my customer and if I reply like this, it will cost me my business...

 

A real international brand would care about affected customer base first....Rather that caring for vacation of technical staff....

Why the upgrade was introduced in such a timeframe then??...

 

 

Real example of absolute insensitivity and lack of professional approach.

After update to new OS, jio4gvoice app not detecting jiofi router, earlier everything was fine. Jio is not able to resolve this issue, can moto team do this?
