Please understand that we need details to solve issues. That means the more you can tell us about exactly what you are experiencing, and related information (as requested above), is very important. We rely on our community members to help us in this way -- we usually can't get to solutions without it. We don't have a magic way to understand and resolve issues reported by owners. Like any other problem, these need to be investigated. If you feel that we're intentionally limiting your signal and all we have to do is flip a switch to fix it, well, that's not the case.
So, it's fine to report your experiences here. But if you want solutions, you will need to work with me and respond to my requests.
