Hi,

 

We looked into this, the phone is showing as something other than a Motorola One. Can you please confirm your IMEI by sending me a screenshot via private message? As it stands, we think the software on the device would prevent an update. Thanks.

Hi waqasrasheed,

 

Thanks for the sample photo of your IMEIs. Yes, we confirmed we're seeing your software is something other than a Motorola One that does not allow the software update, with that being said, since it's a secondhand device we recommend contacting the seller where you bought the phone to settle it with them.
