October security update

I have received QPK30.54-22-13 security update yesterday. It is named as September update. 

But QPK30.54-22-12 security update was my September update.

Is it a description error? Have I received an October update actually?

Could be a supplementary update. What does it say in Settings | About Phone | Android Version ?

I have got motorola one XT1941-4 reteu.

 

But I have a problem with that last update.

 

I do not receive info that someone was calling to me. Sometimes I do not hear a ring and I am not in silent mode. This is a bug for me.

 

How can I call back when I do not have info about missed call?

 

I hope that next update will fix it.

Sorry to know about this and thanks for reporting! I would suggest you perform Clear Cache in your device-- go to Settings > Apps & notifications > App Info > select the Phone app > Storage > Clear Cache.

 

After performing the Clear Cache, reset the app preferences.

Since September 2020 update my battery charging is very slow. For me battery drain is not an issue at all. The problem I'm going through is with slow charging. When I keep for charging it shows the same on display as slow charging and It takes 6 hours to get fully charged. Previously it use to show turbopower connected. I have tried with the other chargers also but the issue is same along with this I had few more problem (USB file transfer, USB threatening and hotspot is though on but not connecting to share the data). As suggested in previous threads I have changed the data cable but still the same. My PC Works with windows 7. Other phones are working excellent with it. It's annoying. Please fix it soon.

Sorry to know about this and thanks for letting us know. May I know if you are using an original changed cable? Also, please try charging the device in Safe Mode and let me know how it goes for further assistance.
