Possible downgrade to ZUI4?

2020-02-18, 11:02 AM

Hello,I upgraded to 10 recently. But the sign is too low in village, and the google can't use in China(such as log in and back up).Maybe ZUI4(Android8.1) is suitable for me.If possible, how I can do that?My baseband version is M636_29.59.01.100R CHEF_APDSDS_CUST.

Hi 西瓜桐,

Thanks for posting! Could you please confirm your device model and when did you receive the update?

Hi 西瓜桐,

Thanks for confirming! I would like to inform you that once updated to the latest version of the software, there is no option to downgrade the software version. As you said, you are facing issues with the signal, can you try with other network connections and see if that helps?

Regards,

Suman
