Re: Screen bleeding or transparent panel.

2019-04-27, 13:16 PM

Hi.

I am on the same setting you provided, but after using particular application, I can notice screen burn even on wallpaper.

This is totally unexpected its just 5 months.

I am hoping Motorola will take action on it. Don't break our Trust.

Thank You.

Re:Screen burn-in or transparent panel.

Good evening, my name is Damilola from Nigeria. I purchased this phone on one of the online store in my country and I didn't enjoy it for the first three months because it was screen bleeding and the battery went bad, I couldn't return due to the pandemic. So I kept it for some month in my wardrobe. I decided to fix the battery and use it, to my surprise the screen was okay and no bleeding appeared on it after repairing the battery, after some days it started bleeding again. Please, I need an advise, is there possibilities that if I change the screen it won't screen bleed again?, So I don't waste money to have the screen changed. Thank you.

Hi Damilola,

Welcome to Motorola Forums. Sorry to hear you're having issues with your phone. I will do my best to help you with that. I would say until the device diagnosed by the service team we can not confirm that. At this point, I would suggest sending your phone to repair. Let me ask the respective team to get in touch with you to help you with the repair options. Please don't hesitate to post again in case you need further assistance. We are here to help!

Thanks

Sunitha

Hi Seyi,

As advised by my colleague, the best approach would be to send your device to repair with our service partner in Nigeria, Ensure Services. You can contact them on +234 1 745 0886.

However, be advised that as you tried to fix the phone yourself, the warranty may be void and your repair may be chargeable. I would encourage you to discuss the matter with Ensures Services before arranging the repair.

Kind regards,

Sara

Ok

Well, I have been trying to contact the Ensure Services line you gave to me but it is not going through. Will keep trying it and if there is other means to reach them, I will appreciate.

Thanks

Hi, Seyi.

Unfortunately, that is the only contact info we have. We would advise you to speak with your retailer, as they are responsible for the warranty in these kind of cases.

Kind regards,

Sara
