Why biased with Motorola One Power users?

2019-09-23, 20:53 PM

Is it only me or has anyone else noticed that Motorola has quietly removed Motorola One Power as one of its listed devices from its website?

Should all the Motorola One Power users consider that Motorola has decided to ignore Motorola One Power users and their need for better features in their device?

And is this due to that reason only all the requests for better features in the next update are being ignored and are not being replied to?

Motorola One & Motorola One Power are the pioneers of One series of Motorola. MOP fate?

Firstly a half-baked camera with half-baked features. Then false promises to provide a better camera features in upcoming updates with a new camera app being in progress.

But those features are already present in Motorola One & could have been easily provided in Motorola One Power too, but Motorola decided to do away with it by just providing a half-baked camera & putting the users requests for better camera features in future updates in a trash can.

Now by removing the device from the website, they are trying to do away with the device & its users gradually.

They have to provide the monthly security updates because they mentioned it publicly.

Otherwise they would have done away with it too, like they tried to do with Oreo update for Moto G4+, which they had mentioned in the pamphlets that the device would be getting 2 major OS updates upto Android 8 oreo. But they tried to do away with it by quietly removing the mentions for update to Android Oreo. When caught, the reply was that the promise for update to Android Oreo was a mis-print. Hence not worth providing the update.

Similarly, they are trying to do away with  Motorola One Power too, so that they wouldn't have to work further for this device other than the security updates.

Their focus is on upcoming lineups & the devices launched recently like Motorola One Vision & Motorola One Action.

Hi.

It's nothing so dramatic. We are still supporting the device but we are constantly updating our website to showcase the latest phones and services available to customers.

Please do not PM me - if you have issues, search the forums for threads on your topic and post there, or start a new thread. Thanks!

Hey buddy dont waste  your time , they are not going to add any new features or improve anything .I even doubt if they are going to even provide android 10.Thease security updates are just a joke taking up space on the default storage and dont do much. When the device was 3-4months old in market Admin Matt said he will open a new thread for the camera soon to discuss about the halfbaked cam its not done yet ??....LOL now that this device is older than a year no one gives a Sh*t about it anymore .Thier product manager Abhishek trolled everyone by showing screenshot of a fake camera app during the launch & till date we dint get even a single cam update apart from panorama mode.So its  better to just ignore these good for nothing lying ppl and enjoy the 5000mah battery and clean os(there is nothing else in this phone ).

Ps : I do not work for Motorola, I'm just a consumer who owns a Motorola one power
