Can you be more specific? Are you saying that you're still seeing the "fingerprint sensor is dirty" message?

Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Thanks,

I've received the Pie update. I'll monitor the issue for a few days and share my report here.

Okay, but I doubt they can help with this if it's a software bug. Please let us know how it goes.

Issue persists even after Pie Update and my Moto one power is just 2 days old.

Hi Matt,

Even for me issue persists after pie update. Please try to find a solution as soon as possible so that it can make our experience of using Motorola One Power satisfying without any software glitch.

Okay, so I received the Pie update a week ago and can confirm the issue has not been resolved. The frequency of occurrence is low, but it's definitely not gone. I've witnessed it at least 3 times since receiving the update a week ago.

Okay, thanks -- this is very helpful. There was a patch in Pie that was meant to address this, so if it reduced the occurance that is good to know.

We are still working on this based on these reports that it's continuing.
