Bluetooth audio issues, and SD card problem

2019-07-13, 22:05 PM

- GPS in Navigation Apps

- No Bluetooth problems

- Better update politic with Google

- More known Moto Gestures

- Stability with SD-Cards

- USB correction (Bootloop)

I changed from Nokia 7+ to this Phone but since 3 weeks it seems to be a construction Phone aswell.

Please Moto, make it better the my Nokia experience.

Hi.

Instead of a wishlist, could you create posts around any Bluetooth or SD Card issues you are having, or post on existing threads regarding these two issues if there are some? I am not remembering any reported issues on these topics.

Thanks,

- Matt

SDcard is not accepted every week so i have to remove it and put it in again.

Then restart the Phone and it work for a week.

On Bluetooth i have an issue with several Speakers.

Cracking and lost Connection all the time.

Hi.

The SD card issue sounds like it probably the card itself. My advice would be to back it up and then reformat it in the phone. If it continues to be a problem I would see if another card solves it. There is some chance it's the connector, in which case repair would be in order.

Can you provide more detail on the BT devices you are having problems with, and what media you are playing, etc.?

Thanks,

- Matt

I have no huge problems with the SD issue, maybe its my Card.

However, space is more then enough on this phone.

Bluetooth problems are with the connection to JBL and VTin Soundbars and important to my workplace.

This is my Guitar Amp (Amplify TT).

I have always problems to keep connections.

I use it 2 meters away from the devices.

Thanks.

Can you unpair all of your Bluetooth devices, and forget the connection at both ends? The reconnect (ideally) one device and see how it performs. Let's see if we can trace the issue to a single device, or see if it is across all of them. This will help narrow down the issue.

Regards,
