Same/similar problem here. After update of previous system version bluetooth crashes every few seconds while connected/connecting with my Bowers & Wilkins PX headphone.

Was hoping to get a solution this morning when I installed the latest system version. No change on bluetooth however, problem is exactly the same.

Security update PSA29.160-50-2 has been installed yesterday, however these bluetooth issues are still happening.

After connecting to my Car stereo it takes about 30 seconds before audio drops out and the connection freezes.

 

Getting really fed-up with these issues as this is one of the main uses of my device.

 

Is there any update on whether the problem has been localized and will be adressed soon?

Thanks to those who provided bug reports and other information. We do have confirmation that this will be addressed in a future software patch. I'm sorry that I don't have timing; if I do find out something I can share about that I will post here.

This problem was way to frustrating for me so I sold my Motorola and bought myself a Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro.
So sad since I really liked the Moto devices with the clean Android experiance. Hopefully Lenovo will get their things in order in the future.

Still nothing?! I received the November security update, but Bluetooth is still crashing, that is so unbelievable, frustrating, whatever. It's a necessary function which is not working for more than 2 month now... If I can't give a solution within hours to my costumers, they gonna hate me... really sad

Exactly the same problem with me (I'm using Sony XM3). There a lot of people with the same endless connect and disconnect loop problem (there's another topic in this forum too). We need a fix to this ASAP, since our Bluetooth headphones are completely useless thanks to this problems.

Dear Lenovo, I really do not understand that this issue has been solved (like you say) but not released yet. I really urge you to fix and release the fix asap. thanks

Same here, problems still occurring after november update :-(

I did receive an e-mail from Motorola The Netherlands this morning stating that the problem has been found and the solution will be included in the next update..

Surely hope this is the case, if not this will be the last time I buy Motorola after over 7 years..

Hi.

 

Security updates rarely include bug fixes. These things have to be batched in major releases and unfortunately, it takes time to compile, test and get approval for updates. Sorry for the wait.

The Update PSA29.160-55-7 solved the problem with the Melomania1.
