Just got the latest update 3 days ago.

The Bluetooth problem is almost solved, but still from time to time have to turn Bluetooth off/on to get things connecting.

The last 3 days it has been one's a day.

After the udate Dec 23. my Bluetooth problem is back.(PSAS29.160-55-7-1)

Almost every time I have been away from my car for a while, I have to turn Bluetooth off/on for my devices to connect.

Anyone else experience the same ?

Yeah getting the same thing. The phone stays connected for the current session (finally) but frequently have to turn bluetooth on/off to re-connect again. Not complaining because its much better than it was, but still not quite fixed. Hopefully with the impending (hopefully) update to the next version of android it will all be fixed.

I ended up returning the phone and getting a razer phone 2 for $30 cheaper. Problem solved. The slow updates and lack of care from Lenovo turned me off from the brand. I work at best buy and used to say they were still good since the Google sell off but I was wrong. Thank goodness for the extended holiday return program ?

Good luck with your updates from Razer. They're probably one of the worst and you'll be lucky if you get two updates/year.

Actually just got another update. Have had no issues whatsoever, battery life is amazing, same camera hardware the pixel 3 so I just ported the camera over. Best of all no Bluetooth issues. I can finally use my Bluetooth headphones and Fitbit versa 2 again. The only issue of had with the phone is with the Razer junglecat controllers. But that's not an issue with the phone itself and they already replaced the controllers no question.

Can someone from Lenovo/Motorola please comment on this issue.

For about half a year, I have had a phone, that's nearly not useable, because i am depending on Bluetooth in my daily work.

Is the problem to be solved, or is it just "bad luck".

I'm beginning to consider changin to another brand, just to get some Bluetooth that can be used, but don't think that's fair, because my phone is only 7-8 month old

Guess I'm not the only one with this problem????

Hi LeifHolm,

Sorry to know about this. Can you elaborate more about your concern with the Bluetooth? Also, kindly update your device IMEI on your profile for further assistance.

Suman

Can't find where to type my emei in my profile.

On October 24. I wrote in here:

I also have the problem.

It began in the Android updat in september, and i hoped it was solwed in the october update, but that wasnt so.

So stil a problem.

It seems as if the bluetooth going to sleep, so after a time / lockscreen i can'tconnect to my bluetooth in the car, but turning of and on the bluetooth solved it for a time.

Somehow the phone still can se my bluetooth in the car, because my "Sound profile manager" that makes my phone goes into carmode, when seeing my bluetooth in tha car, always works.

It's just devices connecting to the phone that doesn't work.

My Fitbit watch is also mostly always connected.

I guess it has something to do with the batterysawer function.
