Canada Moto One Vision Android Q update?

I have a Moto One Vision which is still on android 9 (december patch). When can we expect android 10 update? Other countries have have the android 10 update since january. Thanks

When we I get Android 10 for my Moto one vision that is even out since last year and now running globally on the same devices but Canada has not received it yet I'm still running December patch

Forget the android 10 update... When is Google going to enforce their Android One guarantee on these companies that violate not even releasing the monthly security patch? December 1 for me and it will be April soon. If Lenovo can not respond to why Canada devices are left on December 1 (others countries at least got January and February) then perhaps Canada should stop supporting a company that violated the Android One policy from Google. Lenovo, you chose to sell an Android One device, follow the guarantee of Android One or lose clients. Simple math

Now in may 2020, no sings of any android 10 update... Still on december 2019 security patch.... Sounds like a class action situation.

We're eager to look into these issues and resolve them. We do need some information from you.

  • Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate.
  • Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well.

Hi Matt, I just added all the infos in my profile, please help me because, as of today June 4th, I am still on december 2019 running android 9... For a phone I bought because of the android one program, I really feel like I have been scammed...

 

I was expecting monthly security updates.... now it’s been 6 months since the last update.

 

Get back to me soon Please.

I must say that I am extremely disappointed with this phone. I specifically bought it because it's on the Android One Operating system and this is the adverti**bleep**t on Motorola, Koodo and Google's website:

 

"Enjoy three years of monthly security updates, plus guaranteed software upgrades to the latest version of Android One."

 

I haven't received a security update since December of 2019 and Android 10 has been released since September of 2019. I contacted Koodo and they said to contact Motorola, I contacted Motorola and they said they're waiting on Google, good luck trying to contact Google...  Android 11 will be released and running on numerous phones before I receive a security update let alone Android 10.

 

How about someone just refunding my money so I can buy a phone that receives timely updates and deliver's on what is advertised?
