Please take backup of your device and than reset it to factory settings than you will get the update. Please check attached screenshot.

Finally, I have got the Google Play System Update without having to do a factory reset. Simply, I got into the Google Play system update in Settings < Security, and the mobile has already asked me to restart. Attached image

The proper way to check for GP System update is to navigate to Android version -> Google Play system update. It will check for new version and let you restart the phone.
