The same problem on my moto one vision: QSAS30.62-24-3. Motorola team do/did you hear us ?  PLEASE provide a software update to fix this ISSUE.....

Matt, can you please tell us something finally about this problem? For me using SwiftKey is much better, but still not perfect.

Looks better, just try and share if you think the same! As I said isn't perfect, but the is lag is less, but far from perfect!

 

P.s. I tested the screen touch sensitivity in safe mode and the problem persist even there. So the problem is not the keyboard actually, but with SwiftKey I do a lot less mistakes while taping fast.

Please, how to try it in safe mode ? Do you have tempered glass on display or no ??

No, I don't have any glass on the display. Safe mode: hold the power button and then tap and hold over Power Off

Much better if I put the vibrations while typing letters (Gboard version 9.1.8.300404574-release-arm64-v8a) ...what about you ?
