LMSA is not working after update to Android 10. One Vision / One Action

I just realized that I have the same issue with LMSA on my motorola one vision. XT1970-3, Reteu software channel, Android 10 that someone with One Action reported earlier.

Sim works and I have signal, serial number and IMEI is there, both in settings and in fastboot, but LMSA reports:

IMEI: Not available

SN: Unknown

And is says "Not Currently supported.

 

While witching to rescue mode, boot to fastboot, select One Vision, XT1970-3 is says:

Failed to match the connected device. Reconnect device and try again.

 

"fastboot getvar all" command shows IMEI, SN, SKU, ro.carrier and all that, except for one thing.

 "(bootloader) ro.build.version.full: <not found>"

I have talked to both Vision and Action owners and they have all made the fastboot getvar all command, and they all report " (bootloader) ro.build.version.full: <not found>"

This is both One vision and One Action owners that have been updated to Android 10.

Is this why it won't recognize our devices. I know it wasn't "<not found>" when it was on PIE.

This makes me think that LMSA is not yet compatible with Android 10, or something is wrong with the Android 10 update.

Missing props or something..

I'm having the exact same problem, Motorola One XT1941-3. I think they need to update LMSA to support android 10 or something like that

Same problem, i bricked my phone after LSMA android 10 update on XT1914-4 and I lost ro.build.version.full, so i cannot unbrick my phone by flashing in fastboot. I don't know what to do, can I do something to save my phone?

This is NOT solved.

 

I just got a new version of LMSA, which propagated to my phone.

I was offered to register my phone, which I did.

Looking into my registered devices my phone was listed, but with IMEI and PN (whatever that is)  not available.

 

Looking into my Lenovo account by PC: nothing.

 

I thought of registering it there some way. But there is no way of copying the IMEI, which I hoped to do with LMSA.

I was surprised to find TWO IMEIs, I thought there would be a single one was linked to my device only.

 

As another by the way: It is pretty ridiculous to end up with THREE accounts if one registers up in this order, which apparently are not connected.

1. Forum.

2. Motorola.

3. Lenovo.

 

Update

Logging in with LMSA keeps on failing. It has worked, even automatically. But now it keeps on reporting it has logged in after pressing the button, but when trying to actually DO something it keeps on asking for a login. Rendering it USELESS.

A moment ago an update to LMSA POPPED UP ON MY PC, the interface changed and I have a question... NOW I CAN'T SEE THE "UPDATE FUNCTION" only the "RESCUE" one... Anyone can confirm me that to install an update through LMSA now you basically wipe all your data? Cause I'm on QSAS30.62-24-3 and on LMSA I can install the QSA30.62-28 but I don't want to lose all my data gracias!
