Mobile Data Issue

I am using moto one vision since 6months with patience because I paid 20,000.(Indian user) I will using mobile data only for the daily purpose, I have posted a reply of stating cause that mobile data is not working properly, by changing all operators is done with all. I will be using 4g data services , I will come a feel that speed of my 4g =speed of 2g or Nil . I will be attaching some images showing problem. 1. "Mobile data switch on"- minimum one minute 2. "4G+" symbol= Goof speed data just for few minutes again change to "4G" symbol 3. Only "4G" symbol= 10kbps to 20kbps speed maximum Can motorola solve this problem or else only I am facing it ? please users and admin confirm me. Please motorola don't suggest resetting settings or change that this everything is done. Attachments

You are not only one who is facing problem with Motorola One Vision device. Below are the listed issues which are not resolved so far from Motorola Team. 1) This device does not support Vodafone Volte. 2) this device does not support Airtel Volte and vowifi. 3) this device does not support Jio wifi calling. 4) this device run under Android one program but still no February security 2020 update.

5) Data keeps coming and going. 6) frequent data fallback H, 4G, 4G+, 7 ideally it should show Lte+ for data 8 as per Motorola this device support dual volte. But this is not the case.

Don't reset your device. I did that all mentioned problem still persists.

Hi,

 

1) Motorola India HQ has confirmed over the email that this device has many issues which are known to the software team and they working to fix the same asap.

 

2) There is no ETA given for fix.

 

3) This is very very strange that the device launch somewhere in May 2019 in India and post that are multiple updates released, but none of them fixed any reported. However, lots of customer have already informed Motorola India about these issues in June 2019.

 

4) The device in Jan 2020 received major OS upgrade still these issues are there with the device.

Hi.

 

I'd like to look a little closer at this. Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.
