This can be a sign of a bad wire connection to the Battery but try this,

With the phone running press and hold the power button until the phone restarts. This emulates taking the battery out and can cure these things sometimes.

HTH :)

I had the same problem with faulty SD card. Replaced it and now everything is ok.

Hi.

Sorry to hear this. Can you provide more details? How often does it happen? Are you using it for anything in particular when it does this? Does the phone shut down completely and restart, or just partially? Any details you can provide will help.

Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Need help updating your profile? See here. https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Forum-Feedback/Complete-your-forums-profile/td-p/3339943

Thanks,

Matt, Please delete images once you download for troubleshooting as I overlooked and uploaded unmasked screenshots to the group. Thanks.

Hi Dwarka,

Thanks for sharing the details, I will have the images deleted. I would like to know if you have tested your device in Safe Mode and observe it for some time. Let me know if the issue persists in Safe Mode and also, I would like to know when did it start?

Regards,

Suman

Re:Moto One Vision reboot problem

Hello Everyone,

I am having a similar issue. My moto one vision randomly does a "quick reboot" while i am using it, when I unlock, or when i pull out the headphone jack. This started 2-3 weeks ago and happens 4 or 5 times a day. I did a factor reset and the problem continued. I put the phone in safe mode and the problem continued, and also the app called Google gave the Google has stopped message immediately upon entering safe mode. I opened chrome and gmail in safe mode, after about 10 minutes in chrome it rebooted. Taking itself out of safe mode.

Thanks for any help

Hi.

Thanks for having your IMEI in your profile. I am able to see a few things there that are concerning to me. Can I have your permission to look at your apps to look for clues? We can't see any personal information - it just lets us see panics and crashes and may help us identify a problem app.

My first impression is that this is a hardware issue that will need repair, but not sure yet.

Thanks,

-Matt
