Hi.

This would be expected even in a best-case. Even if you get a monthly update, generally you would get Feb. update in March, March in April, April in May, etc.

Hi @Linozarur, I'm not a Moto Agent or an Admin (just a guy from México like you haha) ... I have one motorola one vision OPENMX channel, I am alredy on Android 10 (I updated the phone using the LMSA app for Windows)... The zip file of the update is alredy on the internet (you could check for it... BUT JUST AS TO VERIFY THAT INFO, CAUSE THE ZIP FILE MUST BE ESPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR SOFTWARE CHANNEL IF YOU WANT AN UPDATE WITH NO ISSUES)... if you want you can install that app to check if it appears to you there, it's totally legal because is an app developed by Lenovo (sadly the company that owns Motorola today). Something I can tell you is that (by my own experience when i bought a phone with a carrier in the past like AT&T/Telcel/Movistar/etc is that, those companies put "a little personal touch" on the firmware (that's why you're on ATTMX channel), and because of that the updates takes even more time as if you buy the phone with motorola directly... My best recomendation is that you should install LMSA on your PC and check for updates WARNING: I updated the phone several times using LMSA with no problems when I was on Android 9, but the Android 10 update is a little bit difficult to install cause the "codification" changed... so you'll have to do a bacup of all your data... because you'll have to install the update in recovery
