Hi.

 

Can you please provide more details? Are you getting an error message, or are you unhappy with the results of using Night Vision? If the second, please post examples and provide some details about the circumstances of the photo.

I'm getting an error message.

Every time I take shot in night mod and try to watch the shot it shows "activity not found" error.

This may sound odd, but can you please update your Google Files app? Let me know if it resolves it.

I have updated the files and google photos app but the issue still remains.

However I disabled the camera app and enabled it again so it was degraded to the older version in which the night vision works perfectly. But to use other features i have to compulsory update the app so I'm back to where I was, stuck with the night vision error.

Can you clear the app data on Files and on the Camera? If you still have the issue after that, would you be able to provide a bug report? It looks more complex than it is.

 

1. Go to Settings -> About Phone -> Tap on Build number 7 times on the build number to go into the developer options mode]
2. After the above steps Developer options will be enabled and will show in your Settings menu.
3. Go to Settings > Developer options > Enable USB debugging > Toggle On
4. Enable Settings > Developer options > Enable Bug Report shortcut > Toggle On
5. Once the issue is reproduced, Go to Settings > Developer options > Click on take bug report or Press Power button and then choose Bug Report from the Power down menu.
6. Wait for some time until the bug report is collected. It takes around 3 to 4 minutes to collect the Bug Report.
7. Then upload the BugReport to your personal Google Drive and share the link to the Bug Report via an email to supportforums@motorola.com, and include a note referring to this post so we know what it refers to.
8. Provide observations of what you saw happen right before the bug report was taken. Please indicate the time that you observed the behavior in local time.
