Punch hole issue with LMSA in one vision

The most simple user experience test before launching a software will be, testing the software on the devices before launching the software, please someone of the support team so this, take a one vision and open the lmsa app and try to click the top left menu, the punch hole of the one vision in on top of the menu icon so it is impossible to click the menu

You don't really miss anything though.
It's just an "about" button with version info. You can open in in split screen or as freeform window as a workaround if you need it.

You could change your preferred display cutout type as a temporary workaround to access whats inaccessible:

Set Settings>System>Developer Options>Display cutout to HIDE

You may activate Developer Options in Settings>System>About phone (touch the build number 7 times)

 

I REALLY know this is ugly/cumbersome and a temporary patch at best, but it can help you use that app until this is fixed. And you can always revert to the device default if you do not use the app. Also maybe reporting this to the app devs could help in the end.
