I'm having the same issues of my phone connecting and disconnecting  from the network and not being able to maintain a stable connection with the mobile network. So neither calls nor mobile browsing do work.

 

Added all the data to my profile.

Might be important that though the carrier is Vodafone, my provider is Mobilcom Debitel.

 

I grant access to my apps/phone.
