SOLUTION! Fix Touch sensitivity for Motorola One (Vision, Action, Zoom etc).

2019-11-19, 14:04 PM

I made a short video tutorial with some apps that improve touch sensitivity.
The video is in Portuguese, but it is very simple.

Just run the 3 apps and do the procedures as the app asks you.

Once you have done the procedure, simply restart your smartphone.

If it works for you, leave a comment in the video saying it came from the Lenovo forum.

Thanks!

I am actually subscribed to your channel, sorry to say but this does NOT fix touch problems with moto one vision it changed almost to nothing on my phone. Even on recent videos were you say that peeling off the screen protector solves it... it does not solved anything. The touch gets better when you move from 5d protectors to the regular glass one, but the problem is still there. I believe that the problem was so bad for you with the 5d protection that you tended to believe it was gone once it got a little better. Just get some new iPhone, Samsung or lg and compare it side by side.

In your videos you say that this ain't no Motorola problem, it is the screen protectors fault, but if every other player on the market is able to do it... if even Motorola sell a screen protector for the phone... well I got say this actually IS a Motorola incompetence to not solve it. I bet This is probably a hardware problem that Lenovo won't touch by now so they don't run into the risk of a forced justice decision for recall all devices already sold.

it would be har to show it in video since you would not be able to feel the moment that the touch is pressed and the delay , or even the missing input action.
If you ever used a very cheap phone, like samsung galaxy Y, or those old resistive screens, where you needed to put some brute force, or hold your touch for a longer period so the phone could input the data.... that´s the feeling.
But since by now we are all very used to good quality touch screens, we just use the touch how that should be used and end up with words missing leters, unplayable games, cause you are always missing that jump, bad sms messages, frustration at all timers and things like that..
Ppl with... let´s say, a less delicate touch, like grampas who will squeeze the S*** out of the screen may not notice it and just end up blaming the app or the keyboard from times to times
Are you considering to buy it?

No, I don't consider to buy it, because already have 2. And really I can't notice the problem you describe, just maybe when typing really fast, sometimes don't accept my touches, but this is really very very rare.

I don't play games.

Did you notice any improvement after the specific update for this problem?

Yes there were a small improvement after some updates. But definitely did not fix it.

Are you using any screen protectors?

If you aren't experiencing any troubles at all and you are happy with your purchase, why are you worried? If you look ok for it...

By the way, there is an official post for this issue, maybe you should take your concerns there.

Hi Aman4435,

Sorry to know about this. Just to confirm not a third party app is causing this, could you test your device in Safe Mode and see if it's the same? Also, perform a Clear Cache-- go to settings > Apps & notifications > App info > Storage > Clear Cache. Let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Suman
