That's not good. Any chance of a bug report on this phone before it goes back?

And have you tried getting a new SIM card? That is probably something to try before another repair.

Hi.

We can look into this -- sorry that you're having problems. Have you tried updating to a new SIM card?

Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Thanks,

Hello,
Just now I got a brand new sim card but the problem with signal remains.

Re: Signal problem Moto One Vision

Hi Matt. I'm having the same exact problem, and seems it's pretty random is hard to get my mobile carrier (Avantel, Colombia) to resolve the issue. My SIM Card seems to work pretty well on my wife's phone, which is a Motorola G5, but with my one vision i have tons of signals problems, for example, calls not reaching me or not being placed, long wait time before it placed a call (when it does it) or messages through phone data, even wifi, take long time to be sent (whatsapp, texts, etc).

Now that i'm in here and in order to not make another post, how i am supposed to use 2 SIM Cards and one SD card with this tray supplied by the phone? The software in the phone tells me it's a dual SIM version, but cards just won't fit. Attached is a picture of my SIM card and SD Card tray.

Thanks for your help

Post your country and carrier if you have this problem to verify the band frequencies are supported by the Motorola One Vision.
