Given the high prevelenance of issues, Motorola should be putting out a software fix quickly to fix this issue, either that or there is a massive design issue thats causing problems :( Please give us a fix, having a 500 dollar handset that is unreliable and unusable is not acceptable in any country!

I haven't noticed wifi issues since I have a very good tp link WiFi ac router 3 floors away.

The option to disable either 2.4ghz or 5ghz wifi bands would be useful in cutting down on interference. Should l tell this to Google?

Are any of you using headphones?

Some advice, after multiple issues over and over my wife's one vision went back and they had to repair the SIM socket on the board (covered by warranty) the One visions have a design defect that can lead to the SIM socket separating from the board, aparently quite a common fault. So dont take no for an answer, get your agent to investigate the SIM tray/slot and get the phone looked at, hers has been working fine since it was repaired. Suffice to say this will be the last Motorola i buy, I bought a G7 in Australia last year and was told (after looking online and finding that the G7 supports VoLTE in India but not in Australia it seems - consistency of functionality internationally would be helpful) and now the entire saga with the One Vision. I'll look elsewhere in the future.

I have problem with my mobile data. Firstly when I bought the Mobile I was getting full singal but mobile data could not work properly I would take some time to switch on and after that I will not work properly or speedy network ( data speed at 4g). Soon later change two operators but could not solve that problem , Later on changed the operator to 3g operator same problem continuing now also no solution to that? I am from India , and too much patience test for users. Note: Mobile data works but not properly and accurately with the signals .

Hi Saikumar69,

Sorry to know about this. Can you let me know if you have performed any troubleshooting steps? If not, can you reset your Network settings and see if it helps? Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset option > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth. Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Suman

According to Kimovil, that is not fully supported. You can check it here:

According to my experience Kimovil is usually right regarding supported bands.

Could an Administrator please shed light on why this option is not available on certain SW channels? I'm on reteu, and its also unavailable there. Also I don't seem to be able to configure VoLTE, since its also disabled in the dialer menu. Now AFAIK these two do some business together, but could we please be able to configure them in a future update?

Hi.

Short answer - not really. There are many decisions made at the local level, both by carriers and the company. We're not part of those discussions, However, we are sharing this feedback with the team in the hopes that future devices (and maybe some current ones) are certified for these features.
