Stuck on the May update

I'm using my One Vision for over a month, and I still have version PSA29.97-37 and security update from May 5th, no new version available. Is there any way to force the June update to my device?

Have you tried using the Motorola Device Manager to check for an update?

 

Luckily I managed to update to June straight out of the box when I received my device last week.

I've installed the software. But it does not seem to work. At startup, it says (translated):

 

'Checking for new device software'

 

 

After a minute or 2:

 

'There a no updates for your device at the moment.

Current version:

N/A'

 

The same thing happens when I don't connect my phone to my computer. The phone is connected properly, with the USB cable from Motorola. I've restarted my phone, used a different USB port, connected my phone using all USB options available (File transfer, PTP, etc.). And I've also tried it with USB debugging enabled (under Developer Options). But nothing seems to work. Windows 10 is recognizing the device using all USB options.

 

Somehow the phone is not recognized by the sotware (since the behaviour is exactly the same as when I don't connect my phone at all)?

I do not want to connect to Lenovo MOTO Smart Assistant after USB Debuging because again I have a bad bootloopa.
Please give the link to the app to connect via wifi. There is no reading of the QR code from Lenovo Smart Assistant.

Updates roll out in region, what region are you in?

I got mine 3rd June and I'm UK.

I've just recieved the June update (installing as we speak). Yesterday there were no updates available, so it is rolled out today. I live in the Netherlands.

Yesterday there were no updates available, now the june update is available! Installing it now...
