Touch screen not working when kept on a flat surface

2019-08-26, 16:02 PM

Test Steps:

1. Keep the phone on a flat surface either bed or table

2. Press power button and try to enter the password....the phone take multiple touches to sense the number pressed

3. Unlock the phone and try to pull down the navigation menu from center of the screen.... You will have to pull multiple times to open the navigation menu

Please find the log in the attachment

Weird. Maybe my floor is just too slanted :smileywink: or something, but pulling down the notification bar from the middle of the screen, first pull, bar comes out.

The surface is completely flat...and at the first pull the notification bar is not open and that's the issue faced..

Hi.

Thanks for the bug report. Can you possibly provide a video of what you are experiencing? I can't seem to reproduce it myself.
