Hi.

I saw your other comment, saying you have been getting seven hours of screen time, while your previous phone got 10. Can I ask what phone you had previously? Seven hours is actually pretty good.

I'm happy to investigate and help you troubleshoot if needed. Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Need help updating your profile? See here. https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Forum-Feedback/Complete-your-forums-profile/td-p/3339943

Thanks,

- Matt

Hellow Matt...please...can u answer me.

Hi.

I see that you generally get between 15-20 hours of battery life per day, though the past two days were over 20. Given your level of activity, I don't think that's bad and it does give you "all day" battery as advertised.

That being said, there are a couple of things that may improve your overall battery performance.

  1. Your banking app crashes nearly every day. If you can try running without it you could see some incremental improvement.
  2. I highly recommend charging your battery 100% every night. Plug it in when you go to bed and then you know you have a full charge to start the day. (Anything you have heard that says this is bad for the battery is wrong. The phones are designed to do this.)

Hope this helps.
