We can help look into this. Can you provide some additional details? Where did you buy it, and where are you seeing it shown as out of warranty on the phone? Can you provide a screenshot (without showing any personal data)?

 

Also, please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

i have this problem too, today i noticed that moto help application says my phone is out of warranty, double checked it on support site and it says "Out of Warranty" too, of course it showed my warranty status before as not void, anything what comes to my mind, what might remotely void the warranty is checking if i can unlock my bootloader on motorola's site, i just clicked "Can my device be unlocked?" button, haven't clicked on "REQUEST UNLOCK KEY" and haven't unlocked my bootloader at all

 

i tkink my profile should be updated with needed info

Any news regarding my case? Anyway, i tried to submit a proof of purchase through appropriate form linked in "My stuff" on motorola support portal, but i cannot submit it due to empty StateOrProvince, the combo box is empty when choosing countries other than US, guess it was tested only in case of US:)
