WiFi problem.

2019-09-23, 13:58 PM

There is such a problem. In the list of Wifi networks, the available networks disappear for a couple of seconds and the list of networks becomes empty, after which they begin to reappear. At the moment when the list is empty, even the network to which the phone is connected is not displayed and at this moment the Internet is not accessible via wifi. How to fix this problem?

First, even when there are no WiF networks you should still have an internet data connection from your 3G or 4G wireless carrier.  Please verify that your phone does receive an adequate 4G signal from your carrier before we go further.

Next we need to find and fix the problem that is causing your entire list of known WiF networks to clear itself. In some areas, high-power aircraft radar systems operate on or near some of the WiFi bands and it is possible for strong radar signals to erase the stored WiFi list.  Make sure that you have only enabled the WiFi channels in your phone AND in your WiFi-router equipment that are approved for use in your country.
